With extensive field and headquarters experience across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, Juliet has lived and worked in Russia, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Armenia, Sudan, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Jordan, Syria, Pakistan, and Azerbaijan. She has successfully led complex multi-sectoral initiatives in education, health, agriculture, livelihoods, and water, often in fragile and conflict-affected contexts. Fluent in Russian and Serbo-Croatian, Juliet excels at navigating cross-cultural environments and building strong partnerships with donors, governments, and local organizations.
