Whitney is the co-founder of Bid Boss Consulting and leads efforts to help individuals and teams working in business development avoid burnout. She coordinates Bid Boss's peer coaching programs and learning events. Whitney is expert in what has been the reality of business development consulting with training and expertise as a certified professional diversity coach and business strategist, but also cannot predict what is going to happen over the next four years.
