Trauma-informed Coach,  Yogi, & Breathwork Healer

Emilie has been a humanitarian aid worker for nearly 15 years, with five of those years as an independent consultant based on the tiny island of Gili Air, Indonesia where she has also engaged in remote and in-person holistic coaching. This coaching includes IFS, Polyvagal Theory, and trauma-informed modalities, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, EFT tapping, and more. With a history of working in fragile contexts and undergoing multiple destabilizing life crises, Emilie's own transformative experience applying healing mindfulness modalities in her own life allows her to help you tap into your resilience in a caring and supportive way.
